page saves to English Wiktionary are getting lost

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

I tried to make a change to [[always]] on English Wiktionary. I saved the changes, I see them; I visit the History, I see my change; I refresh the page, and the change is gone.
I then tried to post to the Grease Pit (English WIktionary equivalent of Wikipedia's Village Pump (Technical)), notifying about this issue, and the same thing happened; upon refresh, the post is gone.

What happens?:

Page saves disappear.

What should have happened instead?:

They should not disappear.

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):

Running on Mac OS Ventura 13.6.7, Chrome 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (arm64)

BTW by "change is gone" I mean the history no longer shows my commit, and the version that appears is the one from the previous commit.
