User Story:
As a user I want to able to view all wishes at once and focus on certain details. To do this, I can only reasonably look at 25 wishes at once.

Acceptance criteria:

• Implement pagination at the bottom of the table
• The table should show up to 25 wishes at once
• Users should see the total number of wishes with a "non-archived" status
• Users should see the total number of pages (wishes with non-archived status / 25)
• Users should be able to navigate page by page or to the first and last pages

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

• Help manage loading on the page. Not all wishes need to load at the same time.
