Description

  • Confirm with ITS that no changes are needed on their side to add mx-in{1001,2001}.wikimedia.org
  • Email frtech
  • Confirm firewall rules for phabricator have been updated
  • Trawl through our puppet repo for other firewalls that need to be updated
    • VRTS?
  • Run test suite against prod instances
  • Update mx record to add mx-in{1001,2001}.wikimedia.org
    • Add mx-in boxen
    • Remove after an hour
    • Analyze data
    • Iterate on any issues found
  • Update mx record to add mx-in{1001,2001}.wikimedia.org

I see the new MX records in Google Workspace Admin now @jhathaway.
