Cloud VPS "wikipathways" project Buster deprecation

Description

Upstream LTS support for Debian Buster ends on June 30, 2024, and soon after that we'll need to start deleting and removing those VMs.

Please either remove Buster VMs from your project or respond here with a proposed plan and timeline.

Buster VMs remaining after July 15th with no activity on their associated phab task will be shut down and/or deleted at the convenience of WMCS administrators.

This VM is now shut down (although I didn't shut it down.) Can it be deleted?

Emailed project admins today:

Hello!

You are receiving this email because you are listed as an admin of the 'wikipathways' project in cloud-vps.

None of you have responded to a wide variety of contact attempts, so I have deemed your project abandoned. If I don't hear back to the contrary by August 22nd I will irrevocably delete any VMs and resources stored associated with this project.

If you would like the project preserved, please respond to this email, edit the 'wikipathways' section on https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/News/Cloud_VPS_2024_Purge,  and update https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T367563 with your plan to replace the existing VM with one using a modern OS.

If you are confident that this data can be deleted, I'd also appreciate an email as that will save me some time during cleanup.

@Andrew, hi, the email replies by Alex seems to get bounced, but he already replied July 19th. Since I received that email, I did not know you had not. Alex wrote: "Yes, it can be deleted. Thank you for asking."
