Undeploy Modern and Cologne Blue skins from Wikimedia

Description

Both skins are declared as removed from Wikimedia bundles. There is no cause to keep them in the bundle. At least programmers had to take these skin into account and support them.

What are the "Wikimedia bundles"? That's not a term I'm familiar with.

They were no longer bundled in downloadable MediaWiki tarball since 1.31. Do you mean to undeploy them from Wikimedia projects?

I mean to undeploy it. It is a little bit confusing to read that these skins are not bundled any longer but are available at the Wikimedia wikis as can be seen from Special:Version.

Note: they are hidden in T287616 and T223824 so they will not be shown unless you manually use them via useskin, or (mostly for old users) they are set as user default skin.

I don't think that more tickets by individuals about this are helpful (plus it fragments conversations) thus I'm merging this into T301274.
