As part of MinT for Wiki Readers MVP (T359072), the Search for topic step (T359494) allows users to find the topic they want to translate.

In the initial implementation, there is some extra space above the "Search for a topic" header. As a result, moving from the Home to the Search steps, a jump is produced in the headers when navigating from one step to the other. This is illustrated below:

This ticket proposes to adjust the spacing at the Search step to make the header placement consistent with the previous step.
