Get rid of cloud-cumin VMs in cloudinfra project

Description

We still have a pair of cloud-cumin VMs in the cloudinfra project. I think these are no longer used as we have the cloudcumin1001/2001 servers in Ganeti now, so I'm going to shut them down and delete if no-one screams within a month.
