Customise Vanishing account Approval/Decline email

Description

As a user who had their vanishing account request declined, I would expect the information received within the email to be correct and in line with my request (and not referring to global rename).

AC:

  • Update the Approval email context if a request is of type "vanish"
  • Update the Denial email context if a request is of type "vanish"
