If a page is moved to a diffrent namespace using redirect suppression it stays in the previous category filter (a page moved to user category is shown when you display main category and is not when you want new pages from user category).

Roan and I discussed this. Based on my understanding, the 1.19 behavior is better than the 1.18 behavior (i.e. this problem also existed in 1.18, but was masked by the bug that Roan fixed).
Taking off of highest priority.
