The following improvement to the maintenance script are needed:
- We need to add the description that is part of the "global_renamers_link" when using the script
- We need to set the new name as the one provided in the "global_renamers_link" when using the script
NOTE: Even if we are not going to make names anymore after the above changes are done, we should note (and maybe change in teh code) that the automatic name that we generate should be in the format: Vanished_user_654321684654654.
