Update Special:GlobalRenameQueue request view to work for vanish requests

Description

As a renamer I want to be able to view a successful vanish request after it has completed.

AC:

  • Replace all references to renaming with vanishing on Special:globalRenameQueue/request/<id>/view
  • Add a comma separated list of all of the wikis that a user is a part of.
  • Keep all of the fields the same for now.
