Acceptance criteria:

Wish title and Primary affected users should not have a red outline.
Which type best describes your wish? should not have any option pre-selected.

This affects the behaviour of the form when you first load the page https://wishlist-test.toolforge.org/wiki/Community_Wishlist/Intake.
