Centrally test invalid edit metadata handling for all edit routes

Description

We currently repeat e2e tests for invalid bot flag, edit tags and comment in every route's e2e tests. Since they're identical, we can also extract them into a single file where we iterate over all edit routes and test that they get handled correctly.
