Feature summary:
Link Item labels, aliases and monolingual text with a corresponding lexeme.
This could be optional, either by entering plain-text or with a dropdown selector for the lemma.
It would be good if the links are editable.

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):

• When viewing an Item, I want to explore the lexicographical data about it in my current language or another
• finding and exploring lexico data is not well known and the lemmas are not very visible
• this limits contributions to and uses of the data
• making Item Labels and Aliases linked to lemmas would increase their visibility and could encourage contributions.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Better integration of lexicographical data in Wikidata.

Similar / existing user-script:
This user-script from User:Nikki adds a linked L-ID next to the Label/Alias. This proposal would turn the string itself into a linked Lemma. This would make a cleaner UI whilst providing the same functionality.
