This serves as the umbrella task for Implementing the new CRM. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The work with the supplier to get the CRM configured and going Live.
- Informing current members and other affected users of the migration.
- Migration of data from previous systems
- Sunsetting previous systems
- Updating the documentation and routines (internal, on wiki and on wikimedia.se)
- Archiving old outdated documentation on wiki. With a particular focus on any links going to the old system.
This task is not however responsible for finishing off any remaining tasks related to deciding on the CRM.
