GrowthExperiments-Community-Updates was incorrectly created as a top-level project, even though it is supposed to be a subproject of GrowthExperiments. Can that be converted, please?

Interesting. In the past, you used /srv/phab/phabricator/bin/move_project on the Phab server directly (T334600), which is why I tagged Phabricator rather than Project-Admins. Just out of curiosity, does that process no longer work as it did before? Or is it just create+mass-move+archive in a script that's (confusingly?) named move_project? I'm confused :).
