Background
Our usability testing for the Places feature displayed that users were confused by the Watch option when logged out.

Task

Update logic so that Watch isn't shown to logged out users in Places feature

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Places
Click on any marker on the map to see the bottomsheet.
Click on the overflow menu icon (three dots) to see its options.
Check the overflow menu when logged in vs non-logged in.
