Description

This task tracks the development of a sampling plan for the 2024 Global Readers Survey (T369087).

This plan will detail:

planned sampling ratios (based on response rates to the 2023 survey T341890) for each project
any changes in sampling due to QuickSurvey updates
possible sampling experiments using Central Notice / QuickSurvey
changes intended to address survey response issues with hiwiki
inclusion of logged-in users (who are not active editors)
