Research & Code for the Wikidata Revert Risk Model is finalized T328813 .

The code is available here. We have addressed all the comments we were able to solve.

Please let me know if there is any missing information to start working on the model deployment.

@diego should this task and T363718 be merged? if not, can you connect the latter in a logical way to this task?
(my context: I'm going through these tasks to help with some of the reporting I do and I don't understand how they're connected.)
