Background

The iOS app is partnering with fundraising on several experiments and features this year, and there will be standard banner fundraising happening in the apps, most notably in the Big English countries in November/December 2024.

This epic is to gather and prioritize fundraising-related improvements for the iOS app:

T369543: [S] Instrument web preference reason for banner not being shown: Complete before next fundraising campaign
T373209: [S] Send users directly to web when we do not support Native ApplePay: Must be completed before India 2024
