WikiLambda: Use duration to determine implementation ranking, instead of CPU times
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Description

As discussed in T363908, the current use of CPU times to determine implementation ordering is causing Wikifunctions to sometimes prefer implementations with longer runtimes (elapsed time); this can result in user frustration and timeouts. By basing the ordering on orchestrator duration, Wikifunctions will select implementations that have considerably faster runtimes in some cases.
