Description

As part of the work to support Custom translation suggestions (T113257), we want to instrument the suggestions in order to understand how useful is for users to have the new possibilities to customize them.

We want to know how often users customize the suggestions, which kind of filters they use (topic areas, specific articles, lists), and which is the outcome for those suggestions (are translations started, published, deleted, kept for later).

As part of this ticket we may need to check how the current instrumentation schema (T328912) can support capturing this information and identify the aspects that need to be implemented for the instrumentation.

Based on T369631#10300616, it seems the next step is for KC to review. I'm moving the ticket to QA with KC as an assignee to capture this. Let me know if there is a better way to capture this in Phab, but it didn't seem to fit in the design-sign off colum for me.
