After T366458: CommunityConfiguration: Release extension to all Wikipedias with GrowthExperiments is done, French Wiktionary will be the only remaining wiki that still uses the legacy CommunityConfiguration 1.0, and thus is the remaining blocker to us removing that functionality from GrowthExperiments. Thus we should deploy CommunityConfiguration there and flip the switch sooner rather than later.
