Update: We decided on the winning papers and notified the authors.
What's remaining of this task is:
- Hosting the award ceremony (Mako will do this as part of Wiki Workshop on May 22)
- (ideal and optional) writing a diff post about the winning papers (Leila/Mako)
- Sending out the certificates and getting the info for the physical awards (Kinneret, post Wiki Workshop)
- Mailing the physical award and certificate (if requested) (Kinneret will work on this post the ceremony)
