Description

Although I suspended Flow in the preference, my discussion page doesn't change to normal page. What happened?

I had suspended the flow already.

@3301796: Hmm, https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/task/edit/form/43/ lists "Steps to replicate the issue", "What happens?", "What should have happened instead?", etc. These are not in the task description here...
