There is a page at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Extension:CentralAuth/GlobalVanishRequest. But we need a page in Help namespace. Contents can not be moved or copied due to different license.

To be precise @Amdrel would need to agree to release their content into the public domain, and then it could be moved.

But I don't see why the help link can't link to the page (which I've moved to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CentralAuth/GlobalVanishRequest) anyway.

The current page contain sysadmin-specific information (configuration), so a user-orientated one should be written.

I have drafted https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Extension:CentralAuth/global_vanishing. Feel free to revise.

I moved that page to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Extension:CentralAuth/Global_Vanishing

I'm fine with releasing my contributions on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CentralAuth/GlobalVanishRequest to the public domain if that makes things easier, as well as my contributions at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Extension:CentralAuth/batchVanishUsers.php that I made around the same time (does this page need to be moved as well?).
