Add 'View full log' link to the global block message on Special:Contributions (globalblocking-contribs-notice) like there is for local blocks.

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
Finding the global block history requires multiple manual steps.

Navigate to Special:Log
Select Global block log
Enter the block target copied from Special:Contributions
Click Show

Single click to find the global block history
