Description

What happens?:
Reference numbering appears as Eastern Arabic numerals (eg ١ ٢ ٣ ٤ ٥ ٦ ٧ ٨ ٩ ٠) when editing a page via the visual editor only.

What should have happened instead?:
All numbers should appear as Western Arabic numerals (eg 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0) on arwiki, Because the variable wgTranslateNumerals => false.
