Hi, in my understanding this is default behavior. For example, https://cs.m.wikipedia.org/ or https://he.m.wikipedia.org/ or https://es.m.wikipedia.org/ also show the page title. You are free to tweak the behavior locally via TemplateStyles; this is not a configuration setting to be tracked under Wikimedia-Site-requests.

I do not see any edits to https://sd.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%B0%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%B9%D8%A7%D8%AA_%D9%88%DA%AA%D9%8A:Mainpage-title - the page should be blank e.g. edit and remove the dash.
Are you sure you are following the correct instructions on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:FAQ#How_do_I_hide_the_main_page_title%3F ?
