Background goal

At the moment, the styles of some components behave different in Light and Dark mode. For example, Normal Progressive and Destructive buttons use the same color value in the text/icon and border, while these values in Dark mode are different.

We need to review the components to unify the text, background, and border colors to be more consistent between Light and Dark.
