Currently, the block message for both single blocked IP's and rangeblocks is
Information about the block: account creation from this IP address (address or range) was blocked by (blocking admin), who gave the reason the reason
In case of a range block it would be much clearer for the blocked to get a message more like
"Information about the block: account creation from the range (range), which your ip address (address) is a part of was blocked by (blocking admin), who gave the reason"
or something like
"Your IP address (address) is part of the range (range). account creation from that range was blocked by (blocking admin), who gave the reason (reason)"
