Extension requires review before deployment can occur. It is currently not in a deployable state for wikimedia projects

I see Semantic Forms is deployed on labsconsole. Does that mean it's deployable elsewhere now? And is there consensus for this to be deployed on mrwiki?

So apparently the extension is not reviewed and labsconsole isn't in the cluster which is why it can have the extension. Added extension author to the CC list.

As I just wrote on the similar request for the Czech Wikipedia: I think the combination of the upcoming VisualEditor and Wikidata projects make this request obsolete - I don't believe there's any chance that Wikipedia will ever use Semantic Forms. (Unfortunately.)
