It could be nice if WikibaseMediaInfo was providing https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Image-Annotator like features.

Image-Annotator currently is a community extension to MediaWiki. Once I had a page with a page with lots of images then discovered Image-Annotator is loaded for each image on the page separately.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Image-Annotator has a dated codebase which breaks here and there over the time. It even predates MediaWiki APIs.
