The input type field in the function editor is missing the "Type" label:

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://wikifunctions.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=Special:CreateObject&zid=Z8
Input 1, second field, has no label.

Expected behavior (Acceptance criteria):
