Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Visit https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unicode_character_property on your cellphone.
- Open up the Blocks table like you see here
- Now long press an item. Read the explanation box, and then wish to close it.
What happens?:
There is no way to get that explanation box off of the screen.
The worst thing to do is hit the browser's back button. This will require the user to take many steps to restore the original state they were looking at.
What should have happened instead?:
There should be some x closer button.
They're probably is. However the user needs to rotate there cell phone into landscape mode to see it perhaps. That should not be the case.

As a matter of fact, that explanation box doesn't fit on screen either and cannot be slid to the left nor the right to see its full contents!
