Background

The Edit Patrol feature is currently available on all language wikipedias within the Android App. To access the feature, a user must have rollback rights on the language that is their primary language in the App. We decided to limit this feature's availability to those with rollback rights in response to feedback from French and English community members.

We believe that this feature could have more impact if it was more widely availalbe, especially on small to medium size Wikipedias. After speaking with Igbo Wikipedia admins' permission, we would like to make Edit patrol availalbe to Igbo Wikipedians with 500 edits and 30 days of tenure.

User story

As an experienced editor on Igbo Wikipedia, I would like to use the Android App to patrol edits from my mobile, so that I can maintain the quality of my wiki.

Requirements

• Allow access to Edit Patrol for users on Igbo wikipedia who meet both these conditions
  • 500 or more edits
  • 30 or more days of tenure
• Remove requirement for rollback rights on Igbo Wikipedia
