VisualEditor deforms editsection links by settings direction

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:
After the DOM load, section edits link brackets are moved.

Refresh the page to see the effect like the following screencast,


What should have happened instead?:
Should be consistent with before DOM load

Thanks, I’ve attached it now. (It’s just a webm re-encode of the mov file, so it can be shown embedded without having to download it.)

I didn't know, so I will upload .webm the next time. Though GitHub plays .mov I upload that's why I thought nothing is supported on Phab.
