Steps to replicate the issue:

• Open a page on a wiki with Extension:Translate that is marked for translation.
• Try to start a translation in a new language using the mobile web version.

What happens?
While in the desktop version you can click on a link “Translate this page” on top of the translation header (the grey box containing links to already translated languages), this link is missing on mobile.

What should have happened instead?
The link “Translate this page” should show up also in the mobile version.
