Description

Feature summary Display a map of the world to locate each recording for a given word

Use case(s) Users could browse for one word and navigate the world map to see the potential effects of geographic variation on the pronunciation.

This can be done via a SPARQL query, but there could be a kind of plugin for other Wikimedia projects, like Wiktionaries for instance.

@WikiLucas00 you mean for all LL words with Qid and P625 geolocation ?
Or for one given word, all available pronunciations by geolocation of the speakers ?

@Yug For a single given word, retrieve all recordings, place each of them on the map based on the location of its speaker.
