[LEX] [TECH] Port Lexeme:Statements adding tests from Selenium to Cypress

Description

Migrate the tests in specs/statement.add.js from Selenium to Cypress.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Cypress tests exist, run and pass for adding Lexeme:Statements with equivalent coverage to the Selenium tests
  • The replaced Selenium tests are removed from the repository
