Inconsistent button styles in Minerva history pages (using AMC)

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:

Notice that the three displayed buttons have inconsistent styling.

What should have happened instead?:

All buttons should have the same styling, like the first button.

+1. Sometimes it can look really terrible. Example from plwiki:

Styling every button to look the same would make the page look better than it does currently.

The code here is in Minerva and MediaWiki core. Nothing in MobileFrontend. See also https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia&action=history&useskin=minerva (which runs without any MobileFrontend code)

It appears to be the rollback confirmable that has a styling regression.
