There's a preliminary patch for this, namely https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/ParserMigration/+/1060422, but the deploy patch https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/operations/mediawiki-config/+/1062037 got reverted because it needs some tweaking around banners, as established by Arlo during the canary:
