As an event participant, I want to learn about other events and communities that may interest me, so that I can find new activities to join and/or people to meet with similar interests or goals.

Background: We want to improve the discoverability of the Community List by creating pathways for organizers and participants to learn about it through Event Registration workflows. On the organizer side, this can be when they enable registration, edit registration, and other activities. From the participant side, this can be when they view an event page with event registration (main event page or EventDetails), join an event and receive confirmation messages either via a pop-up or confirmation email, and when they receive email communication from the organizer.
