You can now deploy your environment to kubernetes using the Catalyst API. Catalyst forges a path toward deploying services alongside test wikis. If your team or project are interested in deploying services to test environments, please make an issue on Catalyst's phabricator workboard.

To deploy this we'll need to update the NOTIFICATION_BANNER CI/CD variable at https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/qte/catalyst/patchdemo/-/settings/ci_cd

We also have a different text message that gets displayed when the catalyst backend checkbox is selected:

Catalyst now supports all extensions/skins and options, so I think we want to update that text too, or remove it altogether

For beta launch, probably fine to remove this text, especially since we now support all features 🎉
