Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Choose theme Vector 2010
- Go to page with unreviewed changes
- Hover a mouse on an indicator "Pending"
What happens?:
After hovering a mouse onto the indicator "Pending" it will display a box with the big gap between it and the indicator.

After hovering a mouse onto the indicator "Pending" it will display a box with the minimal gap between it and the indicator.
