Upload experimental chrome extension to Chrome store

Background

As part of our empty search state experiment, we will be using a chrome extension to deliver this experiment to end-users. This extension needs to be uploaded to the Chrome web store for it to be publicly available.

User story

  • Add a Chrome user, I want to download the experimental Wikipedia extension from the Chrome store.

Requirements

  • The browser extension is uploaded to the Chrome Web Store
  • It is published under the Wikimedia Foundation
  • It contains appropriate licenses and a link to a terms of use

Grabbed this and moved to needs design to get these assets tied up.

Store icon and screenshot. Decided to just go with the WMF page from EN and ES Wiki. The rationale here is that we don't want to show a screenshot of the experimental feature because that will coax the study participants to seek it out and thereby skew our data.
