Hi @kostajh, this one feels more like feature work, so I'll move it out of our Chaos board (bug fixing work) and leave it in the Fundraising Tech backlog to be triaged. Thanks!

@Ejegg Following up on our conversation I gathered some more context from Niharika about this work:
"The goal we had in mind for this feature was to allow outreach to temporary accounts to ask them for feedback on their experience through a survey. Since this is a very new account type with new safety features, we thought this would be a good mechanism to catch their attention and also spread some information about what's changed."
I am Oreoluwa, an outreachy applicant and I am looking to learn and contibute to central notice. Perhaps, is this something I can take up and contibute to?

Noting that this patch from September 2023 updated CentralNotice to treat temporary accounts as anonymous: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/CentralNotice/+/956915 . @Niharika is there still a need to target temporary accounts distinct from logged in / logged out users in CentralNotice? Were you able to achieve that via a different mechanism?
Moving to our current sprint (which will change in a couple hours from now) to keep track as we ensure there's no follow-up needed on our side.
