Thanks @SBorriello for sharing the csv, I've initiated the refund process.

A little note for subsequent refund CSVs, its easier when we have the 2 columns in the order of "'order id', 'transaction id'" using comma as the delimiter.

@Damilare Amber shared that donors are pouring in Zendesk asking why their donations were refunded when they were intentional! I'm not sure if the entire list has already been refunded or not, but sharing it here anyway!

Hi @SHust, good thing I stopped the process before I signed off yesterday. I'd try to get the stats for those that were processed yesterday, but it still a lot yet to be processed. I can share the csv containing the remaining transactions on slack if you want.
