I used https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Edit_check#rc to access a page. On that page the "rc" anchor doesn't exist.
I got the top-right notification "This topic could not be found. It might have been deleted, moved or renamed."
I tested it at another wiki, with the same outcome:
I checked several namespaces at both French Wikipedia and Mediawikiwiki, none of them hosting conversations:
- Shown on :
- Wikipedia namespace, on a page that is not hosting conversations
- Help namespace
- Project (Mediawiki ns-4; fr.wp ns-102)
- Not shown on
- main space
- template namespace
