Create an interactive Figma prototype of summarization for user testing
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Background

User story

  • As a team looking to run a user test, we should create an interactive Figma prototype we can run users through on userlytics/usertesting

Requirements

  • We have consulted with dev on this
  • We have created a working prototype

This task was created by Version 1.2.0 of the Web team task template using phabulous

@Jdrewniak I need the following bits of information to complete the prototype:

  • What's the name of the model we're using?
  • Where can I find in-depth info about it, how it was trained, on what data, etc. ?
  • I need the model output for the introductory paragraph of the Dopamine Article in English
  • Also, is there a way to copy a link over in the model ouput if the same word is linked somewhere in the source paragraph text?

Thanks!

Tweaks made based on @bmartinezcalvo 's feedback and others. Changed the default background colour to interactive-subtle to differentiate it from the article content and the open state background colour. Added the coloured warning and success icons to the infochip. Broke out "learn more" CTA onto its own line in the description.

@JScherer-WMF thank you for sharing. Some observations about the Accordion:

  1. Is that <model> a link? If yes, this could cause some issues when trying to click on the link since the entire Accordion's head is clickable.
  2. We use those grays as colors for the hover and active state of Accordion, so we should not use the same colors for other purposes. Instead, we could find another different solution to make the Accordion more prominent on the page. One possible solution that comes to my mind is expanding the bottom border around the entire Accordion. Wdyt?

Blocked on whether or not we can tweak the prompt engineering in T374635 to avoid repetitions. If not, should I just edit the model output text even though it wouldn't be an honest view of the model's capabilities right now?

@JScherer-WMF - could we add the link for the prototype we ended up using for the testing into the ticket?
